• Shipping costs depend on the total weight and dimensions of the parcel (L x B x H, where H is the smallest dimension).
• The asterisk (*) indicates that the shipping costs DON’T automatically include tracking; in this case, if you wish to pay by PayPal, you must add 6Eur for the ‘recommended’ (tracked) option. In case of payment by bank transfer, this choice is also recommended - packages lost by postal services will not be reimbursed.
• Shipping costs calculated automatically by the system may not be the cheapest possible. For example, the computer cannot detect that a collection of objects which individually could be sent in an envelope (i.e. height under 3cm) can be sent in an envelope all together and still be under the 3cm height restriction.
• The ‘small packets’ rate applies where no dimension (L, B or H) is greater than 60cm and L+B+H is under 90cm.
• Delivery times depend on postal services: packets under 100g will usually be delivered with in 3 days, others may take up to 8 days to arrive after payment.
